Knjiga "Priča o promjeni – Priče o uspjehu i lekcije naučene iz Culture Cannot Wait: Projekt baštine za mir i otpornost" okuplja iskustva 16 sudionika u provedbi projekata specifičnih za kontekst u 14 zemalja sklonih riziku. Ova skupina sudionika sudjelovala je u ICCROM-ovom projektu Kultura ne može čekati: Naslijeđe za mir i otpornost (Kultura ne može čekati), čiji je cilj mobilizirati institucije i zajednice u njihovim lokalnim kontekstima, uz promicanje ranog oporavka, smanjenja rizika i prijelaza na trajni mir. Prepoznajući važnost naslijeđa za čovječanstvo, sveobuhvatni cilj ovih projekata bio je mobilizirati baštinu kao snagu za oporavak i otpornost nakon krize. Ova se publikacija nada da će potaknuti i angažirati nove kulturne prve pomoći diljem svijeta da poduzmu slične akcije, promičući inovativne pristupe u području očuvanja baštine i potičući suradnju između različitih sektora, što će dovesti do povećanja razumijevanja uloge koju kulturna baština igra u sukobima i katastrofama, uključujući tekuću pandemiju COVID-19 koja nas je pogađala tijekom cijele ove godine.
